Shipping Policy

All freight charges are calculated based on either cubic or dead weight - whichever is greater.

Your freight will be calculated at the checkout on all website orders. A request for a quote can be lodged for bulky orders online where a shipping rate is not available. For all your hardware and bulk orders outside of website orders, please contact your Cartridge City representative to calculate the quickest and most cost-effective delivery option available for your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, subject to product availability. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Cartridge City Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to goods that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend that you purchase transit insurance to cover any loss or damage that may occur. If you require transit insurance, please contact us to arrange it.

Please note that Cartridge City Pty Ltd only delivers to locations within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
